Browse available events on the Platform, select your preferred ticket type, and complete the secure checkout process. Your digital ticket will be sent to your email address after successful payment confirmation.

Door ticket availability depends on the Event Organiser and venue capacity. Some events may sell out online before the event date. Please check the specific event page for details.
Refunds & Cancellations
Naazo applies the following default cancellation structure unless otherwise stated on the event page:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the event – 25% cancellation fee
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the event – 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the event – 75% cancellation fee
- Cancellation after the event – No refund
Some events may have customised refund policies set by the Event Organiser.
No. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@naazo.co.za and are reviewed in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
Where valid documentary proof is provided, cancellation fees may be waived at Naazo’s discretion.
Event Organisers are responsible for decisions relating to cancellations or postponements. Where applicable, Naazo may assist with communication and approved refund processing.
Ticket Transfers
Yes, where ticket transfer functionality is enabled for the event. Transfers must be completed through the approved Naazo process.
If ticket transfers or attendee updates are permitted for the event, you may update attendee details through your ticket management link or by contacting support.
ID & Entry Requirements
Some Event Organisers require identity numbers for age verification, security, regulatory compliance, or fraud prevention purposes.
Naazo processes this information on behalf of the Event Organiser.
Some events may enforce strict age restrictions.
For example:
- No persons under 18 may be permitted entry.
- Valid identification may be required.
- Entry remains subject to venue rules and R.O.A.R (Right of Admission Reserved).

Payments
Yes. Payments are processed through secure, authorised third-party payment gateways. Naazo does not store full card details.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include card payments and other supported options.
